This is a soft rule to keep some balance in the game. The St's can alter this rule as we see fit, for game benefit -
2 cliaths opens up 1 Fostern
2 Fosterns opens up 1 Adren
2 Adrens opens up 1 Athro
Alternatively -
All players may begin at Fostern
Any player choosing to play Cliath will receive 10 bonus freebies
A player may choose to play an Adren so long as there a 4 characters of Fostern and Cliath, with ST approval.
