• List Willpower (3).

Garou Cliath Creation:
• List Name, Deed Name, Tribe, Breed, Auspice, Nature and Demeanor.
• Prioritize Attributes (7/5/3). Every attribute starts at a 1.
• Prioritize Abilities (13/9/5). Nothing above 3 without Freebies.
• Choose Backgrounds (10).
